Update: 6 September 2018
to bring about an English edition of the authentic Theresienstadt Diary of Helga Pollak-Kinsky
In 2015, some of you have supported our efforts to bring about an English edition of the diary of Helga Pollak. Two chapters could be translated into English. Unfortunately, until today I did not find an English publisher for this precious document. As most of you know: without Helga's diary the story of The Girls of Room 28 would not have been told and would not be known.
Now we need to bring our project to a good ending!
That is why we ask for your help. Next year in June 2019, there is a special event in Cardiff/Wales, where an English book will raise a lot of interest and find many readers. The exhibition The Girls of Room 28 will be shown within the frame of a festival. there.

Two chapters of the book are translated by Nicole Gentz and available for those who support us. I also would appreciate recommendations to get in touch with English or American publishera who might be interested in publishing Helga's book.
Donators get the German version of the book "Mein Theresienstädter Tagebuch" and a copy of either the German or the English edition of the Compendium to the Educational Room 28 Projects.
Many more Thankyous are in planning....
